Most inspections can be completed within 48 to 72 hours of request. The easy to read inspection report will be available the same day as the inspection by email or CD-ROM. We also provide you with a printed out version of the inspection report with digital photos in a professional folder mailed within 24 hours via US Postal Service. Our clients also receive a FREE Home Maintenance ebook on their CD or via email to help keep you new home in working order.
Our goal to to completely satisfy our clients. We work hard to insure that you clearly understand the home's condition. Our inspections generally take between three to four hours to complete, depending on the size of the home.

We are professionals and dress accordingly. Our inspectors are well groomed and wear PHI logo shirts, dress pants, and nice shoes. We even wear shoe covers inside your home to protect your floors against scuff marks, potential damage from dirt and debris, and to keep from tracking dirt and other outside materials into your home. We do not wear jeans, shorts, cut-offs, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, or any other unprofessional attire.

Home Inspections are our only form of business. We provide an impartial, third party evaluation of the home. Patriot Home Inspections will not refer you to a specific contractor should repairs be recommended. We will guide you in the proper direction to find a quality contractor to help you. We are not contractors nor do we have an ownership interest in any construction business. South Carolina law prohibits a home inspector from performing work on any home they have inspected within the past 12 months.
The inspection provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on spot. You will gain insight into maintenance and energy conservation tailored specifically to your home. We encourage you and your family to attend the insection.
