If you are going to be present during the inspection, you can sign your agreement at the time of the inspection.
If you are NOT going to be present during the inspection, once you have reviewed the agreement, you will need to fax over the signed agreement the day before the scheduled inspection time. You can fax the agreement to 1-866-343-2918.
