Patriot Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection business serving the entire Pee Dee and Grand Strand area as well as parts of the Mid-lands and Low Country areas of South Carolina. Our office is based in Johnsonville, SC and covers about a 100 mile radius.
Hello, my name is Hubert Miles, President of Patriot Home Inspections. I understand the concerns you have about your home. Whether you are buying a home, selling a home, have recently built a home, or have lived in your home for years, we can help you better understand your home, the way it functions, and what condition it is in.
Many people ask, "Where did the name Patriot Home Inspections come from?" Well it is really quite simple. In addition to my years in and around the construction and inspection industry, I'm a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I am proud of my years at FMU and felt it only fitting to honor my time spent there.
